Established in 1995, Epta Ltd is a leading environmental company in Greece that provides high-quality consulting and engineering services and meet your needs in solid waste, water and wastewater management, energy management and climate protection, air quality monitoring, sustainable development and environmental licensing.
 

Quality and Environmental Management

EPTA Ltd has adopted and been certified for ISO 9001 model for Quality Assurance in Design, Production, Installation and Servicing. The company was certified according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard by TUV Cert (TUV Industrie Service GmbH TUV Rheiland Group) on January of 2005 and since then it is being regularly audited by a recognized third party authority that assures conformity to the strict ISO 9001 standards.

The Management is committed to:

  • satisfy the customer's demands and take all necessary measures to increase their satisfaction
  • strictly abide by the legislation concerning the company's activities
  • make all necessary actions for the continuous improvement of the Quality System, according to the ISO 9001:2000 standard
  • develope know in new scientific fields so that the company can offer advanced services to its customers
  • cooperate only with certified suppliers
  • monitor and, when necessary, reform the course of the company by setting and systematically evaluating measurable goals/indicators
  • modify, whenever it is necessary, the present policy so that its continuous adequacy and sufficiency is assured
  • provide the personnel with the necessary training, modern equipment and the appropriate work environment for the successful performance of its tasks
  • provide the necessary resources for the unhindered operation of the company

The Company is implementing Environmental Management System in order to manage the environmental impacts, and to continuously improve company's environmental performance.
